COURSE TERRAIN:
The course terrain varies from rolling to steep. Across the courses you can expect hard packed single track, mud, sand, gravel road,
grass trails, rock hopping, ladders, and everything in between. This is what makes trail running so
varied and interesting. There are also plenty of hills in the mix which keeps things challenging!
COURSE DIRECTIONAL SPECIFICS:
Directional signage will be very clear and obvious, just follow the sign for your chosen distance e.g.21K, 16K or 5K.
NB: Do not climb or cross any fences, if you are climbing a fence you are off course. The course only uses gateways
Some of the courses will require you to pass through a particular junction twice. Your direction at that junction is indicated by
FIRST PASS & SECOND PASS. First time there, you go one way, and the second time there, you go the other way. Prior to any of
these junctions will be a course split ahead or major junction ahead sign, giving you plenty of warning.
